點鍍輪使用整顆實心的PEEK材料，依客戶需求來設計並以銑床、車床精密加工成只露出需要電鍍的重"點"部位，實心PEEK材料較耐高溫及適合連續長時間工作，不會變形且更耐用。
本司設計的點鍍輪不只能節省電鍍(鍍金)材料成本更能提高電鍍速度使生產更有效率，增加競爭性。

According to customer requirements, we design and use milling machine and lathe machine to process the solid PEEK material into the spot plating wheel. Which is the fixture only expose the area to be plated of terminals during continuous plating. The solid PEEK material can resist higher temperature suitable for long-term plating without deformation and more durable.
Our design can save gold plating materials and increase plating speed to make production more efficient and competitive.
